Based on your personal style and budget, we spearhead the design specifications for your occasion and provide recommendations around caterers, party rentals, floral, music, spirits, etc. From beginning to finish, we’ll work to ensure your party is flawless. Most importantly, you’ll be able to enjoy it!

“Day-of” Coordination: Minimum: $1,500
Our “Day-of” Coordination option is a real value for couples on a tight budget. A month prior to your wedding, we step in to spearhead the planning process and firm up all pertinent details to ensure your wedding day is flawless.
“Month-of” Services include:
- Preview venue
- Contact selected vendors to confirm roles and responsibilities
- Develop a Wedding Day Itinerary
“Day-of” Services include:
- Transport all decorative and party supplies to ceremony and reception venue, if applicable
- Ensure all vendors are present and setting up for the event according to the Wedding Itinerary
- Set up table-top decor, favors, toiletries, lanterns, lighting according to design specifications
- Serve as the point person for all vendors should problems arise, and troubleshoot as necessary
- Breakdown, as necessary
Partial Planning Option: Minimum: $3,800
A great option for couples looking to actively participate in the planning process of their wedding. Ideal for couples who have chosen a place for their ceremony, reception venue, and another vendor. You’re looking for assistance with design specifications, choosing additional vendors, etiquette guidance, etc. We provide monthly updates, and unlimited phone, text and email contact. “Day-of” Coordination is included within this option.
Full Service Planning Option: Minimum: $8,500
The most comprehensive wedding option. From the onset, we work hand-in-hand with you to craft your wedding day. From decorative design to vendor selection, we’ll work to carry out your vision meticulously. “Day-of” Coordination is included within this option.
